Purpose

The mission of SCEPTER is to reinforce the concept of medical education as a lifelong process by creating innovative and interactive educational programs designed with scientific rigor, fair balance, and evidence-based content to enhance the healthcare professionals’ ability to care for patients.

SCEPTER offers providers in the healthcare and life science fields an opportunity to acquire new knowledge, skills, and treatment options, as well as remain current in specific disciplines in the evolving healthcare environment.

Content areas include, but are not limited to cardiovascular disease, gastroenterology, renal disease, oncology, respiratory disease, psychiatry, endocrinology, neurology, rheumatology, ophthalmology, and women’s health.

The target audience includes, but is not limited to, primary care practitioners (internists, pediatricians, and family practitioners), cardiologists, endocrinologists, gastroenterologists, gynecologists, nephrologists, neurologists, obstetricians, oncologists, ophthalmologists, psychiatrists, and rheumatologists, as well as any other allied health professionals.
